Smart-Wait
The smart queue. Depending on the number of passengers, the queue capacity is automatically increased or reduced. What used to be done by employees moving belts is now fully automated.
The SmartWait software visualizes the status of the queue. If necessary, manual intervention is possible to change the capacity. In maintenance mode, the entire technical status is graphically visualized and the gates can be driven individually.
